BEAR, Delaware — Authorities say a third person has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a man in Elkton, Maryland.

The Cecil County Sheriff's Department in Maryland says 46-year-old Henry Eric Hamilton of Elkton was arrested Tuesday in Bear, Delaware.
