WILMINGTON, Massachusetts — State police say there are no serious injuries after a wrong-way driver was involved in a three-car crash on Interstate 93 north of Boston.

Police said an 80-year-old Lynnfield man driving south in the northbound lanes hit two other cars at about 9:30 a.m. Saturday.

The man was not hurt.

Police said the man's 2013 Acura collided with a 2006 Jaguar driven by a 26-year-old Boston man, and a 2002 Chrysler driven by a 26-year-old Central Falls, Rhode Island, woman. Those drivers were taken to a hospital with minor injuries.

Police said the Chrysler also caught fire.

The crash is being investigated. No citations have been issued.
