VIENNA — Austria will go into the Euro 2016 qualifiers against Moldova and Montenegro next week with the same team that drew 1-1 with Sweden in its first Group G match.

Only Besiktas midfielder Veli Kavlak, who was called up but missed the Sweden match due to injury, has been replaced by Ingolstadt forward Lukas Hinterseer in the 23-man squad announced on Tuesday by coach Marcel Koller.

Again missing were former captain Andreas Ivanschitz and Aston Villa striker Andreas Weimann, who were both dropped by Koller before the Sweden game.

"We are positive about the players who are in the squad," Koller said. "There is not much time for practice with the national team so it's important to have players who already know our ideas of playing football."

Austria plays Moldova in Chisinau on Oct. 9 before hosting Montenegro in Vienna three days later. In their first match, Montenegro beat Moldova 2-0, while in the same group Russia downed Liechtenstein 4-0.

"I've seen a lot of games from both teams," Koller said. "Especially the match in Moldova is not going to be easy. It's important we'll be playing our own game, playing fast, and moving a lot."

The top two teams in each group and the best No. 3 will qualify directly for the tournament in France, while all remaining third-place teams will advance to a playoff.
