LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas — State highway officials say lanes on Shackleford Road in west Little Rock will be closed as work continues on the Big Rock Interchange.
The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department says the lane closures will be in place Monday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., weather permitting. Crews will be re-striping the pavement near the interchange, which will require the closure of the northbound outside lane and the two southbound inside lanes of Shackleford Road.
The work is being done to provide two northbound lanes on Shackleford.
The Big Rock Interchange, where Interstates 430 and 630 meet, is expected to be complete next year. The project costs $125 million.
