FORT SMITH, Arkansas — Three teenagers charged as adults in the shooting death of a University of Arkansas at Fort Smith student have pleaded not guilty.

Two of the teenagers are brothers.

The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette (http://bit.ly/20bdULR ) reports that the 15- and 16-year-old brothers and another 16-year-old suspect pleaded not guilty Wednesday. They are charged with first-degree murder, two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of kidnapping in the Jan. 23 death of 22-year-old Kaleb Watson in Fort Smith.

Police say Watson was fatally shot as part of an off-campus home invasion and robbery.

Bail has been set at $500,000 for each of the teenagers.

The Associated Press generally does not name juveniles charged with crimes.
