MONTPELIER, Vermont — This year's deer hunting is coming to a close in Vermont.

The archery and muzzleloader seasons, which started last weekend, end on Sunday.

The rifle deer hunting season ended on Nov. 30.

Hunters may take a total of three deer a year, in a combination of seasons. They are restricted to two bucks, with only one buck in each season.
