LARAMIE, Wyoming — University of Wyoming officials are asking to public to weigh in on documents being used to attract a new university president and have released a draft of the job announcement and description.
The Casper Star-Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/1IvYJE5 ) that public comment is open until July 3 and the school will begin advertising for a new leader in August.
The drafts will be presented to trustees during a July 14-17 board meeting.
UW President Dick McGinity said in March he planned to resign at the end of the 2015-16 school year. McGinity took over in November 2014 after Bob Sternberg resigned just a few months into his tenure.
