TEMPE, Arizona — A man suspected in a Tempe homicide last month has been arrested in California.
Tempe police say 19-year-old Willie Lee Moore was taken into custody Tuesday by the U.S. Marshal's Service in Oakland.
Police say Moore was identified as one of the shooters in the murder of 21-year-old Errun Scroggins on Nov. 28 in a store parking lot.
Moore is awaiting extradition to Arizona.
Police say he's facing charges of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, discharge of a firearm at a structure, participation in a criminal syndicate, illegal control of an enterprise and transporting persons for purpose of prostitution or other immoral purpose.
Two other suspects in the case were arrested in New Mexico earlier this month.
