DURANGO, Colorado — Two men are being held in the shooting at a Durango motel and condo complex that killed one man and wounded another.
The Durango Herald (http://bit.ly/1GRnD1k ) reports the men were arrested Monday, less than eight hours after the shooting at the Iron Horse Inn.
An unidentified 50-year-old Durango man who was shot later died in surgery. The other man who was shot, 53-year-old Brian Keith Moore of Durango, was treated and released from the hospital.
The suspects were identified as Tyree Anthony Ogsbury-Jones and Aaron Christian Williams, both 22. It's not clear if they have lawyers yet.
Police say Ogsbury-Jones lived with Moore and the other victim until they kicked him out. Police spokesman Lt. Ray Shupe said they had been having a dispute about personal property and marijuana.
