MOSINEE, Wisconsin — A 55-year-old worker was killed when he fell from a hydraulic bucket while installing insulation at a Mosinee paper mill.

Mosinee Police Chief Ken Muelling tells WAOW-TV ( ) the man was working for Taylor Insulation of Merrill when the accident happened about 9:15 a.m. Monday at Expera Specialty Solutions, the former Wausau Paper mill.

Muelling says the worker fell about 25 feet and died at the scene.

The man was working alone on the lift outside a building. His name was not immediately released.
