CINCINNATI — The head of the federal department of education plans to highlight college affordability for expanding student opportunities during a visit to Cincinnati.

U.S. Education Secretary Arne (AHR'-nee) Duncan is launching his annual back-to-school bus tour Monday. He is scheduled to be at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College on Thursday evening after events earlier that day in Louisville.

The tour wraps up the next day in Pittsburgh. It will focus on efforts to increase access and opportunities for education from preschool through post-college careers.
