WHEELING, West Virginia — A Wheeling mortgage broker has pleaded guilty to running up hundreds of thousands of dollars in unauthorized charges on customers' debit and credit cards.

U.S. Attorney William Ihlenfeld II says Mark C. Busack entered his plea Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Wheeling. Busack pleaded guilty to four counts of using an authorized access device and one count filing a false corporate income tax return.

Busack faces up to 43 years in prison.
