LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas — Arkansas lottery officials say a Lonoke man has won $1 million playing the lottery.

The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery said Thursday that Roy Moody won the prize with a $20 "5th Anniversary Millions" ticket. He purchased the winning ticket at a Phillips 66 store in Jacksonville.

The lottery said in a news release that Moody plans to invest the winnings.
