Meanwhile, 21-year-old Paden Clements, of Wheat Ridge, has been charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident, careless driving resulting in death, failure to yield and driving with a suspended license.

Police say Beers and Clements were driving pickup trucks and traveling together when Beers turned in front of a motorcycle ridden by 41-year-old Derek Dahl on Aug. 25. Dahl was then run over by Clements' truck.
