BANNING, California — A Southern California fire has burned four homes and injured two people, including a firefighter.
Firefighters arriving at a home in Banning around 3 p.m. Monday found it in flames. Three other homes also were burned.
Firefighters from four agencies knocked down the fire in about two hours.
The fire displaced four adults and five children.
Two people, including a firefighter, were treated for minor injuries.
There's no word on what caused the fire.
Banning is about 85 miles east of Los Angeles.
