PHOENIX — Bond has been set at $1 million for an Arizona prison inmate who Phoenix police say is linked to a 2006 homicide.

Phoenix police say 43-year-old Dujon Louise White was arrested Thursday on one count each of first-degree murder during a crime, armed robbery and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

White has been serving a 12-year sentence in the state's Eyman prison complex.

According to the Arizona Department of Corrections website, White was convicted of a January 2006 narcotic drug violation.

Police say cold case detectives developed new information connecting White to the offenses.

Authorities say they were carried out during drug-related crimes but did not release further details.

White, who did not have an attorney as of Friday, will be arraigned Wednesday in Maricopa County Superior Court.
