CINCINNATI — E.W. Scripps Co. (SSP) on Friday reported a loss of $1.3 million in its third quarter.
The Cincinnati-based company said it had a loss of 2 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were roughly breakeven on a per-share basis.
The newspaper and TV station owner posted revenue of $207.6 million in the period.
E.W. Scripps shares have declined 17 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has declined almost 6 percent in the last 12 months.
