Reds place right-hander Logan Ondrusek on disabled list with straight shoulder

MILWAUKEE — The Reds placed right-handed reliever Logan Ondrusek on the 15-day disabled list with a strained shoulder before Tuesday night's game against the Brewers.

The move is retroactive to July 13.

Ondrusek is 3-1 with an ERA of 4.31 in 29 games this season.

Right-hander Curtis Partch was recalled from Triple-A Louisville.

Partch has pitched in four games with the Reds in 2014. He is 1-0 and has not allowed a run.
