FAYETTEVILLE, Arkansas — Fayetteville has answered every challenge it has faced this season.

The No. 1 Bulldogs (3-0) will open conference play against possibly their most difficult test yet when they host No. 3 Fort Smith Northside on Friday night.

Led by Arkansas commitment C.J. O'Grady, Fayetteville already has one win over a ranked team this season — a 43-33 victory over No. 4 North Little Rock two weeks ago.

The Grizzlies (3-0) surprised many across the state with a dominating 42-17 win over No. 6 Greenwood last week. They also opened the season with an impressive 26-15 win over Pine Bluff and hope to announce themselves as a legitimate Class 7A championship contender this week.
