LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas — Two teenagers are being held without bond in the shooting death of a Little Rock mother who was holding her toddler when she was robbed and shot while in her driveway.

Police say 18-year-old Ramale Collier and a 15-year-old were arrested on suspicion of capital murder, aggravated robbery and other charges after surrendering late Sunday. A judge on Monday ordered them held without bond.

No attorney information was available for the two.

Police say 27-year-old Eunice Lopez was removing her toddler from her car about 10 a.m. Sunday when the teens grabbed her purse. Police say Lopez dropped her child and was dragged by one of the teens, who then shot her when she would not let go. She died at an area hospital about an hour later.
