FARGO, North Dakota — A woman who was convicted on a drug conspiracy charge has been arrested for failing to report to prison.

Kimberly Ratliff is charged in federal court with escape. Authorities say she was scheduled to check into a facility in Waseca, Minnesota, on June 30.

Prison officials notified U.S. marshals on Sept. 8 that Ratliff had not voluntarily reported. She was arrested on Monday in Grand Forks.

Ratliff was sentenced on June 18 to 10 years in prison for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance.
