Geraldine I. (Trent) McCullum, 75, Pendleton, passed away, May 28, 2012, after an extended illness.
She was born Sept. 27, 1936, in Hazard, Ky., and also resided in Corydon & Anderson. Geraldine was a 1955 graduate of Corydon High School. She was a homemaker and enjoyed bowling on leagues.
Survivors include her husband, whom she married, January 28, 1954, in Corydon, Ind., Robert McCullum; children, Michael (Sherry) McCullum, Dennis McCullum and Debra (Tony) Jones, all of Anderson, and Lori (Todd) Roehling of Greenwood; sisters, Imogene Trent of Corydon, Ind., Betty (Fred) Cunningham of Lanesville, Ind., and Barbara (Bill) Gaddie of Louisville, Ky.; nine grandchildren, Jeramie McCullum, Dustin McCullum, Jake McCullum, Holly McCullum, Lindsey DeBerry, Tiffany Rose, Jesse Jones, Travis Roehling & Lucas Roehling; great-grandchildren, Ross McCullum, Sydney McCullum, Madeline McCullum, Gavin DeBerry, Chase Deberry, Zoe DeBerry, Kadyn Hodson and Justis Rose; several nieces and nephews and her special companion, her dog, Lucy. The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Anthony Hill and Miller's Merry Manor in Middletown for their compassionate care and support.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur & Mary (Wallace) Trent.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, May 31, 2012, at Robert D. Loose Funeral Home, 200 W. 53rd St., Anderson, IN 46013. Services will be at 1 p.m., Friday, June 1, 2012, at the funeral home, with her nephew, Pastor Tony Stinson of Cincinnati Christian Church, officiating. Burial will be in Grovelawn Cemetery, Pendleton.
