Anna Louise Haygood, 73, Pendleton, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013, at her residence. She was born on April 3, 1940, in Lapel and resided most of her life in Pendleton.
Anna was a homemaker.
She is survived by her daughters, Tina Stevens (Companion, Robin Marsh), Vicki (Don) Parker, and Gina Simmons; grandchildren, Cody (Mandy) Stevens, Brandon Simmons, Aaron Simmons, Devin Kepner, Liza Simmons, MaKenzie Simmons, and Tristan Simmons; great-grandchildren, Dakota Stevens, Logan Simmons, Zarin Simmons, Alina Simmons, Myra Simmons, and Daylin Kepner; brothers, Jackie (Inga) Huffman, Bryant (Joann) Huffman, and Charlie (Alice Guffey) Huffman.
Anna is preceded in death by her parents, Glen and Katherine (Bryant) Huffman; husband, Wilbur Haygood; siblings, Emma Carroll, Viola Mae Duncan, J.C. Huffman, Wyant Huffman, Bertha Wilkinson, and Andrew Huffman.
The family would like to thank Community Hospital, Anderson for their loving care and the Pendleton Emergency Ambulance for the assistance they provided.
Visitation was held from 11-1 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013, at Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd St., Anderson. Services followed at funeral home at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013, Lance Stevens officiated. Burial followed in Brookside Cemetery, Lapel.
