Delores "Jean" Cross
 

Delores “Jean” Cross, 83, of Greenfield, passed away on March 6, 2013, at Hancock Regional Hospice. Born on Oct. 12, 1929, in Fortville, she was the daughter of John and Edna (Ginder) Bohall.

Jean worked as the owner of her own home healthcare business and at Permanent Magnet as an inspector. She loved baking and spending time with her family.

Surviving her are her children, Donna (Johnny) Mullins of Greenfield, Danny (Christina) Cross of Pendleton, and Doug Cross of Greenfield; sisters, Ruth Tuttle and Ann Kendrex, both of Fortville; 7 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Robert Lee Cross; son, Darrell Cross; and siblings, Mary Trueblood, Sarilda Hooper, Lusania Husted, Elsie Freeman, Laura Short, Mildred Hibbs, and Johnny Bohall.

Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. on Friday, March 8, 2013, at Erlewein Mortuary in Fortville. Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2013, at the mortuary. Burial will take place at Gravel Lawn Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hancock Regional Hospice, 801 N. State St., Greenfield, Indiana, 46140.
