SHIRLEY — Shirley residents might have felt a heat spike Saturday as chili connoisseurs and cooks gathered to raise money for the Hancock Henry Community Youth Center.
The second annual event was held in the Shirley Park Shelterhouse and raised $200 for the center, said youth center executive director Donna Love.
