74th Annual IHSAA Individual Wrestling State Finals

Site: Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Indianapolis.

Schedule: Today, first round, 6 p.m. Saturday, quarterfinals at 9:30 a.m. with semifinals to follow; consolations at 5 p.m.; finals at 7:30 pm.

Advancement: Wrestlers must win today to advance to Saturday.

Broadcast: Live video webcasting of all state finals matches Friday and Saturday can be viewed at www.broadcastsport.net.

Competitors: Hancock County will be represented by Greenfield-Central’s Ian Early, Austin Gearlds, Josh Farrell and Sam Locke and New Palestine’s Tommy Cash, Taylor Fee and Connor Robinson.

Admission: $8 per session or $20 both days.

Note: Culver Academy’s Kayla Miracle (42-5) is the first female to qualify for Indiana wrestling state finals. Miracle is ranked No. 20 in state at 106 pounds. She finished fourth at Merrillville Semistate.
