GREENFIELD — Vicky Voter faced a problem hundreds of voters could encounter Tuesday if they don’t pay attention.

Vicky tried to cast a ballot at the wrong polling location.

“But I’ve voted here since 1902!” she said, as a crowd of spectators laughed.

Vicky, played by Becky Colip, performed in a small skit before dozens of poll workers during training this week.

The skit was one reminder of a major change in county voting this year: Precincts boundaries have been redrawn, and polling locations for many voters in Greenfield and McCordsville have been changed.

Primary Election Day is Tuesday. Voters will choose a Republican or Democratic ticket and nominate who they want to see on the November general election ballot.

County election workers have been making an effort to inform voters of changes that are taking place this year.
