GREENFIELD — The idea of a welcome center for visitors to Hancock County is back on the table, this time with financial footing.
The Hancock County Tourism Commission Tuesday approved a 2013 budget that includes $29,000 to rent space for a center.
The budget, which must be approved by the county council, reduces by that amount the budget for the Hancock County Visitors Bureau.
