GREENFIELD — The Children’s Department at Hancock County Public Library is always an active place, buzzing with the energy of young kids and one other person in particular – Tiffany Richards.

“She’s so animated when she does story times,” said library director Dianne Osborne. “She could just really be down on their level and relate to the kids.”

Those qualities will be missed by staff and library patrons alike after Saturday.
