SWAK: Peyton West, 8th grader at Eastern Hancock Middle School, started her 2012-13 travel softball season with an out-of-the-park home run in Columbus, Ohio Sept. 23. She is a catcher for the Indiana Gators 99 based out of New Palestine. Peyton has started a tradition of kissing her home run ball. She is the daughter or Shane and Amy West of Greenfield.
