GREENFIELD — A local couple has sued the Greenfield-Central School Corporation after their daughter tripped on a school sidewalk described as being “in a state of disrepair.”
According to the complaint, filed early this month, Steven and Brenda Taylor’s daughter, 12, was a student at Maxwell Intermediate School in 2010 when she was injured from a fall on the sidewalk.
