GREENFIELD — A job fair sponsored by WorkOne is set for 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 14 at Brandywine Community Church, 1551 E. New Road.
Park Cemetery spring cleanup
GREENFIELD — Starting Friday, weather permitting, employees of Park Cemetery will remove and discard all decorations on all grave sites. If anyone wishes to keep an arrangement and/or personal items that are on the graves, they must be removed before the specified date.
This does not refer to items on the monuments themselves.
Families are responsible for cleaning up Christmas items or items that are not Christmas decorations that are in bad condition on the monuments and vases.
Ethan Merrill benefit March 9
GREENFIELD — “Benefit for Ethan,” a fundraiser for 5-year-old Greenfield resident and brain cancer patient Ethan Merrill, is noon to 8 p.m. March 9 at Heartland Resort, 1613 W. CR 300N.
Ethan is currently undergoing post-surgical chemotherapy and radiation treatments at Riley Hospital for Children.
