NEW PALESTINE — A New Palestine man probably didn’t realize just how much trouble he was in when he dialed 911 early Friday to report a fire in his home.
John Prosser, of the first block of West Mill Street, told dispatchers around 3:30 a.m. that his breaker box had caught fire.
