GREENFIELD — Greenfield-based Mid-America Sound Corp. has rejected a settlement plan for the stage collapse at last year’s Indiana State Fair.
Mid-America spokeswoman Myra Borshoff Cook released a statement Wednesday saying the company rejected the settlement because not enough claimants had signed on to the deal, which would have protected the state from further legal action.
