McCORDSVILLE — A recent consolidation of complex traffic laws will make the work of McCordsville police more efficient and effective as they enforce the rules of the road.
“We’ve had some concerns about the speeding ordinances, the confusion about what ordinance number goes with what section of roadway, which has created some issues in both the issuing of them and the OVB (Ordinance Violations Bureau) tracking them,” McCordsville Police Chief Harold Rodgers said.
The new consolidated laws, approved by the town council last week, affect speed limits, parking and stop signs in McCordsville.
