GREENFIELD — Michael Wilson’s day started at 8 a.m., slicing turkey. By the end of the lunch rush, he had run the cash register, manned the wrap station and taken dozens of sandwich orders.
A month ago, the Rushville dad wouldn’t have known how to do any of this.
Wilson took over the Greenfield Quiznos shop officially last Tuesday, from former owner Clay Cooper.
Cooper had been looking to sell to stay at home with his children and Wilson had been looking for a new business venture after selling a hair salon he had owned for the past 16 years.
“It just looked like fun,” Wilson said of his new endeavor.
