GREENFIELD — A Greenfield attorney is banned from practicing law for at least two years after the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission ruled he mismanaged an elderly client’s funds for personal gain.
Attorney Tom Williams, who retired last year, said he’s “shocked and saddened” at the ruling filed by the commission Friday over an incident that happened over a decade ago.
