GREENFIELD — Accident victim Kenney Howe had more to celebrate than just his recovery during Saturday’s Ride Across Indiana.

Not only is the avid cyclist back on the bike, but police have a promising lead on the person who struck him in a hit-and-run accident just two weeks before the race.
