GREENFIELD — With the recent adoption of a bring-your-own-device policy, Greenfield-Central administrators must now plan ahead for the problems that accompany allowing gadgets with social media capability in school.

The Greenfield-Central School Board recently approved a policy that allows students and staff alike to bring devices from home, including iPads, laptops and smartphones, to class for educational purposes. The policy is set to take effect this fall.
