McDonald’s FUSE night Wednesday

NEW PALESTINE — From 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, the New Palestine McDonald’s is donating a percentage of its sales – dine in, drive-thru or carry out – to FUSE (Families United for Support and Encouragement), which offers information, resources and support to families raising children with disabilities and special health care needs in east-central Indiana.

Breakfast with Easter Bunny

Fortville — Breakfast with the Easter Bunny is scheduled for 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 30, at the American Legion, 207 S. Merrill St., Fortville.

The cost for breakfast is $5.

An Easter egg hunt is scheduled for 11 a.m. at Memorial Park.

Breakfast for soup kitchen April 6

GREENIELD — The Charlottesville Class of 1957 will be hosting a breakfast fundraiser for the Kenneth Butler Memorial Soup Kitchen 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday, April 6, at 202 E. Main St.

The menu includes pancakes, sausage and egg bake, hash browns, chocolate milk, juice, and coffee, for a free-will offering with all proceeds to benefit the soup kitchen. 

NP band benefit chicken buffet

NEW PALESTINE — The New Palestine Marching Band’s Oven-Fried Chicken Buffet Benefit will be held 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday, April 6, the New Pal Lions Club, 5242 W. U.S. 52, part of the ongoing New Band Uniforms Fundraiser.

The meal includes garden salad, oven-fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, dessert, tea, lemonade, water and coffee. There will also be drawings for door prizes and carry out available.

The cost is $10 or pre-sale tickets for $8, available by contacting Lynnette Bell at jlbell1444@gmail.com or Marlene Brauchle at mbsingsbass@aol.com.

Those who wish to make a direct donation to the band uniform fund can make checks payable to New Palestine Band Boosters, P.O.
