The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock Superior Court 2:

Jan. 31

Michael J. Rogers pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 20 days executed and 345 days suspended; ADA probation for 345 days; judge to determine cap of 120 days of community corrections home detention and open to being released from home detention for May 14-16, 2013 for work conference and assisting father in Ft. Wayne for one day during home detention; NASA victim impact panel; retroactive driver’s license suspension for 90 days. Fines and costs: $766.

Feb. 19

Joseph Coram pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 10 days executed and 355 days suspended; ADA probation for one year; 90 days of community corrections home detention; NASA victim impact panel; retroactive driver’s license suspension for 180 days. Fines and costs: $766.

Robert J. Cowan pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana; sentenced to 28 days in jail, with 28 days executed; driver’s license suspended for 180 days. Fines and costs: $366.

Paul Trainor pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 365 days suspended; ADA probation for one year; NASA victim impact panel; retroactive driver’s license suspension for 90 days. Fines and costs: $766.

Feb. 20

Edward Freeze pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 120 days executed and 245 days suspended; ADA probation for one year; NASA victim impact panel; retroactive driver’s license suspension for 30 days and probationary license for 180 days. Fines and costs: $766.

Levi R. Harper pleaded guilty to reckless driving; sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 180 days suspended; informal probation for 180 days; defendant to complete defensive driving course. Fines and costs: $166.

Feb. 21

Sean W. Adams pleaded guilty to felony operating while intoxicated with prior convictions; sentenced to 910 days in jail, with 365 days executed and 545 days suspended; ADA probation for 545 days; NASA victim impact panel; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw $17.50; retroactive driver’s license suspension for 365 days; no alternate misdemeanor sentencing. Fines and costs: $766.

Marcus Chest pleaded guilty to felony operating while intoxicated while serving habitual traffic violator status; sentenced to 1095 days in jail, with 180 days executed and 915 days suspended; formal probation for 180 days and informal probation for 735 days; driver’s license suspended for lifetime; defendant may petition for one year license suspension upon receiving alternate misdemeanor sentencing upon successful completion of probation; suspended sentence is commitment to Department of Corrections. Fines and costs: $166.

Bobby R. Jacks pleaded guilty to public intoxication; sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 180 days suspended; ADA probation for one year; sentence is consecutive to other Hancock County Superior Court 2 case. Fines and costs: $566.

Christopher W. Jarvis pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 365 days suspended; ADA probation for one year; NASA victim impact panel; restitution to victims for amount of damage to landscaping and vehicles damaged to be determined; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw for $38.50; retroactive driver’s license suspension for 90 days. Fines and costs: $766.

Kenneth Moran pleaded guilty to felony theft; sentenced to 260 days in jail, with 260 days executed. Fine and costs: $166.

Kenneth Moran pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement; sentenced to 260 days in jail, with 260 days executed; concurrent with previous count.

Candice Owens pleaded guilty to felony theft; sentenced to 545 days in jail, with 180 days executed and 365 days suspended; formal probation for one year; restitution to Wal-Mart to be determined; defendant will report to begin executed sentence on February 27, 2013 at 8:30 a.m. Fines and costs: $166.

Gregory F. Rusk pleaded guilty to felony operating while intoxicated; sentenced to 1095 days in jail, with 1095 days executed; driver’s license suspension for one year. Fines and costs: $366.

Will C. Stuckey pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 28 days in jail, with 28 days executed; driver’s license suspended for 90 days. Fines and costs: $395.

Ryan E. Whitfield pleaded guilty to felony failure to pay child support; sentenced to 1095 days in jail, with 288 days executed and 807 days suspended; formal probation for 807 days; defendant to make weekly child support payments on current order and arrears; cash bond applied to fees, costs and child support arrearage. Fines and costs: $166.

Feb. 22

Dadrian D. Hall pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 365 days suspended; formal probation for one year; driver’s license suspended for 90 days. Fines and costs: $566.

Ishon McIver pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 365 days suspended; ADA probation for one year; NASA victim impact panel; retroactive driver’s license suspension for 30 days and probationary license for 180 days. Fines and costs: $766.

Anthony Russell pleaded guilty to public intoxication; sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 94 days executed and 86 days suspended; ADA probation for 271 days. Fines and costs: $566.

Feb. 25

Paula R. Abercrombie was found guilty at a bench trial of driving while suspended; sentenced to 10 days in jail, with 10 days executed; driver’s license suspended for 90 days. Fines and costs: $166 due on March 27, 2013.

Noah Blagg pleaded guilty to public intoxication; sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 180 days suspended; ADA probation for one year. Fines and costs: $566.

Justin A. Martin pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 90 days executed; driver’s license suspended for 90 days. Fines and costs: $166 due on May 28, 2013.

Jake Presley pleaded guilty to public intoxication; sentenced to one day in jail, with one day executed. Fines and costs: $395.

Feb. 26

Caleb G. Day pleaded guilty to possession of synthetic drugs; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 36 days executed and 329 days suspended; ADA probation for 329 days; restitution to owner of guardrail for amount of damage, if any; driver’s license suspended for 180 days; sentence is consecutive to other Hancock County Circuit Court case. Fines and costs: $566.

James D. Jensen pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 365 days suspended; ADA probation for one year; 180 days of community corrections home detention. Fines and costs: $566.
