Fines and sentences - Feb. 7-8, 2013

The following were imposed recently in Hancock Superior Court 2:

Feb. 7

Mark Stephens pleaded guilty to criminal mischief; sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 180 days suspended; formal probation for one year; no contact with victim; restitution to victim for $3,318.94; cash bond applied to restitution; defendant to pay additional $500 day of sentencing and have restitution paid in full by June 7, 2013 in equal bi-weekly payments. Fines and costs: $166.

Mitchell A. Tucker pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated with a controlled substance; sentenced to 60 days in jail, with 60 days suspended; ADA probation for one year; NASA victim impact panel; retroactive driver’s license suspension for 90 days. Fines and costs: $766.

Mitchell A. Tucker pleaded guilty to minor in possession/consumption of alcohol; sentenced to 60 days in jail, with 60 days suspended; ADA probation for one year; concurrent with previous count.

Eddie Williams pleaded guilty to driving while suspended with prior convictions; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 365 days suspended; formal probation for one year; driver’s license suspension for one year; probation may terminate upon producing a valid license to probation officer. Fines and costs: $166.

Benjamin Wilson pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 116 days in jail, with 116 days executed; driver’s license suspended for 90 days. Fines and costs: $166.

Feb. 8

Kheely A. Chestnut pleaded guilty to operating without ever receiving a license; sentenced to 60 days in jail, with 60 days suspended; informal probation for one year; retroactive driver’s license suspension for 90 days. Fines and costs: $166 due on May 8, 2013.

Laura M. Miller pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 365 days suspended; ADA probation for one year; NASA victim impact panel; retroactive driver’s license suspension for 90 days. Fines and costs: $766.

Sarah A. McQueen pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated with a controlled substance; sentenced to 60 days in jail, with 60 days suspended; ADA probation for one year; NASA victim impact panel; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw $93.50; retroactive driver’s license suspension for 30 days; probationary license for 180 days. Fines and costs: $766.

Daniel Moran pleaded guilty to conversion; sentenced to 260 days in jail, with 260 days executed. Fines and costs: $166.

Edward Osborn pleaded guilty to domestic battery; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 365 days suspended; formal probation for one year; domestic violence counseling. Fines and costs: $166.

Kierra M. Roath pleaded guilty to minor in possession/consumption of alcohol; sentenced to 60 days in jail, with 60 days suspended; ADA probation for one year. Fines and costs: $566.
