The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock Superior Court 2:

Feb. 11

Kyle C. Anderson pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 365 days suspended; ADA probation for one year; driver’s license suspended for 180 days. Fines and costs: $566 due on May 13, 2013.

Stephen M. Ford pleaded guilty to possession of paraphernalia; sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 90 days executed. Fines and costs: $166.

Stephen M. Ford pleaded guilty to public intoxication; sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 90 days executed; concurrent with previous count.

Bobby R. Jacks pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 10 days executed and 355 days suspended; ADA probation for 355 days; NASA victim impact panel; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw for $93.50; retroactive driver’s license suspension for 180 days. Fines and costs: $766.

Heather R. Lawson pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 365 days suspended; formal probation for one year; driver’s license suspension for 90 days. Fines and costs: $166.

Andrew S. Shinsky pleaded guilty to felony operating while intoxicated; sentenced to 910 days in jail, with 365 days executed and 545 days suspended; ADA probation for 545 days; restitution to Duke Energy to be determined; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw to be determined; driver’s license suspended for one year; license suspension to begin after two year BMV suspension for breath test refusal. Fines and costs: $766 due on May 13, 2013.
