The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock Superior Court 2:

Feb. 11

Andrew S. Shinsky pleaded guilty to resisting law enforcement; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 365 days executed; concurrent with previous count.

Andrew S. Shinsky pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident; sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 180 days executed; driver’s license suspended for 180 days; all counts to run concurrently.

Feb. 13

Jason Daves pleaded guilty to battery; sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 90 days executed. Fines and costs: $166 due on judgment.

Katie Lee Rennier pleaded guilty to invasion of privacy; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 6 days executed and 359 days suspended; formal probation for 359 days; no contact with victim; sentence is consecutive to other Hancock County Superior Court 1 case. Fines and costs: $166.

Jonathon W. Summerman pleaded guilty to felony possession of a controlled substance; sentenced to 1095 days in jail, with 730 days executed and 365 days suspended; ADA probation for one year; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw to be determined; driver’s license suspended for 180 days. Fines and costs: $766 due on judgment.

Jonathon W. Summerman pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 365 days executed; driver’s license suspended for 90 days; concurrent with previous count.

Feb. 14

Jay Mershon pleaded guilty to conversion; sentenced to 70 days in jail, with 70 days executed; restitution to Speedway to be determined. Fines and costs: $166.

Feb. 15

Marin R. DeLa Cerda Resendez pleaded guilty to operator never receiving a license; sentenced to 60 days in jail, with 60 days suspended; formal probation for one year; driver’s license suspended for 90 days. Fines and costs: $166 due on March 15, 2013.

Juan Enriquez pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 365 days suspended; informal probation for one year; driver’s license suspension for 90 days. Fines and costs: $166.

Bernando Fraire-Martinez pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 365 days suspended; informal probation for one year; driver’s license suspended for 90 days. Fines and costs: $166.

Luis A. Rodriguez-Penoloza pleaded guilty to operator never receiving a license; sentenced to 60 days in jail, with 60 days suspended; informal probation for one year; driver’s license suspension for 90 days. Fines and costs: $166.

Marco Rodriguez pleaded guilty to felony operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator; sentenced to 115 days in jail, with 115 days executed; driver’s license suspended for lifetime; defendant may petition for alternate misdemeanor sentencing at sentencing hearing. Fines and costs: $166.

Dixie S. Shetler pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 365 days suspended; ADA probation for one year; NASA victim impact panel; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw $93.50; retroactive driver’s license suspension for 90 days. Fines and costs: $766.

Efren Torres pleaded guilty to driving while suspended with prior convictions; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 365 days suspended; informal probation for one year; driver’s license suspended for 90 days. Fines and costs: $166.

Terrell G. Waddell pleaded guilty to felony auto theft and receiving stolen auto parts; sentenced to 545 days in jail, with 180 days executed and 365 days suspended; formal probation for one year; defendant to obtain a valid driver’s license and GED. Fines and costs: $166.

Terrell G. Waddell pleaded guilty to carrying a handgun without a license; sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 180 days executed and 185 days suspended; formal probation for one year; concurrent with previous count.

Feb. 19

Alexander Coulombe pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct; sentenced to 10 days in jail, with 10 days executed. Fines and costs: $166.
