GREENFIELD — How many paper ballots should be ordered for each election? It’s a guessing game – and an expensive one at that.

Thousands of unused ballots had to be shredded after the May primary election. But as Hancock County Clerk Marcia Moore braces for a presidential general election in November, more money has been added to her department’s election fund.
