CHARLOTTESVILLE — Eastern Hancock schools will stick to a balanced calendar next school year.
That had been in doubt after some school board members raised questions about the schedule. But the school board backed the current calendar Monday with a 4-1 vote. Board member Tom Younts, who had argued the calendar caused scheduling conflicts with families, dissented.
