GREENFIELD — Each year, Court-Appointed Special Advocates of East Central Indiana recognizes a member of the community who stands up for the rights of children.
This year, the child advocacy organization has tipped its hat to Hancock County’s chief deputy prosecutor, Tami Napier.
Later this month at the C.A.S.A. annual gala, Napier will be awarded the Judge Jack L. Brinkman Child Advocate Award.
