GREENFIELD — The buck was passed back to the Hancock County Council Tuesday on whether a nearly $2 million bond should be taken out to purchase new trucks and other county equipment.

The Hancock County Council decided 3-2 two weeks ago that a bond should be taken out to pay for various expenses. Tuesday, it was up to the Hancock County Commissioners to pinpoint whether the loan is necessary.
