NEW PALESTINE — About a million different thoughts flowed through the mind of New Palestine’s Ron Lucas when he realized he’d won $1 million from the Hoosier Lottery.
“I said, ‘Oh, my gosh, oh, my gosh, no freaking way! I just won a million dollars!’ ” he said.
