HANCOCK COUNTY — Plans are moving ahead for a new 19-home subdivision in Sugar Creek Township, the third subdivision approved in Hancock County this year.
The Hancock County Plan Commission approved Tuesday a planned unit development for a 38-acre subdivision called Winding Oaks at 3900 W. CR 200S, between Greenfield and New Palestine.
